How do I place an order?
To place an order follow the directions at: http://www.ecocion.com/pbca-powerbuilder-code-analyzer/ordering-information.
How is the program delivered?
The software is delivered via electronic delivery. With this delivery method, a unique serial number is emailed to the address that you provide when ordering a product. You simply enter this code once when the application starts, and it is automatically converted to the licensed version.
What is the upgrade policy?
Ecocion offers free upgrades of all products within the current major revision. All Ecocion product versions are in the format of MajorRevision.MinorRevision. For example, if a product has a version of 1.0, then the major revision is 1 and the minor revision is 0. So, if you purchased a product with a version of 1.0, you are entitled to free upgrades of that product until it changes to the 2.0 version.
If you would like to upgrade to a new major revision of an application (e.g. from version 1.x to version 2.x), you will need to purchase an upgrade. Please see the ordering information page for more detail at: http://www.ecocion.com/pbca-powerbuilder-code-analyzer/ordering-information.
How do I upgrade to a newer version?
If you are upgrading within the same major revision (e.g. from version 1.0 to version 1.1), simply download and install the new version. You will not be asked to reenter your registration key; your key will automatically work for every minor revision of the product you purchased.
If you are upgrading to a new major revision (e.g. from version 1.0 to 2.0), download and install the new version. Once you start the application, you will be prompted to enter the new registration key given to you by Ecocion when you purchased the upgrade.
Where can I download a newer version?
You can download the latest version of PB Code Analyzer from http://www.ecocion.com/pbca-powerbuilder-code-analyzer (under the "Download" section).
