Cost Effective

The Asset and Compliance Tracking System™ (ACTS) will save you time and money by reducing the cost of compliance activities and minimizing compliance risk.  The purchase of your initial license comes with everything necessary to get up and running, including implementation, training and support.  Regardless of whether you acquire ACTS for a single user or a global enterprise installation, the total cost of ownership is considerably less than other environmental solutions.

ACTS Pricing Overview

ACTS may already fit your needs without any modifications, as it was built by experienced EHS professionals with industry-specific functionality. However, since every organization has unique EHS, business and IT infrastructure requirements, ACTS is built on a flexible platform that allows us to make boundless customizations to support your specific needs. This “hybrid” approach provides an unrivaled solution that combines the quality and affordability of “off the shelf” software with the benefits of a fully-customized solution.

While other companies have convoluted pricing and cost structures that make it difficult to determine your total cost of ownership, ACTS pricing is simple and transparent. Pricing is broken down in to three categories: Licensing, Annual Maintenance & Support, and Custom Functionality.  Each is described below.

Licensing

Pricing is determined per concurrent network user. This is the maximum number of people who may use the application at any one time. For example, if you have 500 people in your company who will use the application, but there will never be more than 50 people in the application at once, you would only need a 50-user license.

Unlike other EHS solution providers that market their software in expensive modules that you purchase over time, the licensing fee for ACTS gives you full access to all the functionality within the system. The purchase of the initial licensing agreement also includes 40 hours of server setup and configuration, plus 8 hours of training.

Annual Maintenance and Support

The Annual Maintenance and Support fee is also based on concurrent users.

Annual Maintenance and Support includes technical support, application upgrades and patches, the maintenance and upkeep of the application on secure, enterprise-class servers, newsletters, and access to user groups.  The Annual Maintenance and Support fee also gives access to the new modules that are developed in sync with the latest regulatory requirements.

With our hosted solution (SaaS), ACTS runs without draining your IT department’s resources and our services include comprehensive server and data-center support with guaranteed 100% network uptime. Your data is backed up daily and be secured with our point-to-point DES encryption. The servers are physically protected with keycard protocols, biometric scanning protocols, and round-the-clock interior and exterior surveillance.

Custom Functionality Pricing

We are constantly adding new functionality and enhancing the existing modules, all of which you receive automatically through your Annual Maintenance and Support. Additionally, ACTS is built to be highly modular and customizable, so any of the existing modules may be modified to meet your specific needs.  If you have requests that are not covered by the standard functionality, we also design and implement new modules. Pricing for new modules may be done either through a fixed-bid budget, or based on standard time and materials.
