Document Management & Audits

Having trouble locating and sharing documents?  ACTS allows you to store any type of file in the database itself (documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, diagrams, photographs, etc).  No need to get access to someone's computer or a network folder.  Once you add a file in ACTS, it is instantly available to everyone with the appropriate security permissions.  You may view the file directly within ACTS or save the file to your computer.  Additionally, the files are automatically compressed to save storage space and enable faster retrieval.

You may categorize the files and attach them to existing facilities, equipment, projects, regulations, etc.  You will never misplace a file again!

Audits / Inspections

The Audit / Inspection module will allow EHS professinals to set up forms for tracking recurring inspections and internal or external audits. This module will also generate tasks and keep track of workorders / corrective actions that may come as a result of an audit or inspection.
