What good is your information if you do not have quick and easy access? Core to any Enterprise Asset Management Software is the ability to access your asset information quickly and easily. ACTS manages all aspects of your asset information, grouped in a hierarchical structure relevant for your business. This allows you to securely access all your information at all levels and throughout your company.
The Asset Explorer allows you to quickly navigate all of your information, organized into a hierarchy that you define, with the ability to easily reorganize when necessary. Additionally, the information is automatically organized by location, such as by country, state, county, offshore areas and blocks. Additionally, you may group facilities and projects into one or more portfolios that you define.
The left side of the explorer uses a "tree" listing, which is very similar in functionality to Windows Explorer. Within the tree are main categories (shown in bold), each of which may contain one or more subcategories or individual items. By expanding and collapsing the categories you effectively "drill-down" to the lower levels where additional information for that category is stored.
The right side of the Explorer shows a detailed report pertaining to the selected tree item. At any time you may view, print, or export any of the information.
