Only the major functionality is described here.  Some of the other noteworthy features are:

Agency Exception Tracking.  Logs any exceptions/deviations that are received by a governing agency (i.e. inspections, consent decrees, consent orders, incidents of non-compliance, notices of violation, etc). You may also log requirements, correspondence, supplemental environmental projects, and associations to facilities, equipment, agencies, etc. Actionable items are assigned and tracked trough the integrated messaging system.

Agency Forms.  Many agency forms (i.e. CDPHE APENs, WOGCC and BLM Sundries, etc) are available directly in ACTS. Simply complete a wizard where ACTS pre-fills many of the fields and print the actual agency form. A real time-saver and all the information is stored and tracked if you need to report or make edits.

Analysis Tracking.  Logs the detailed analysis information pertaining to the composition of a stream or material. Analyses may be categorized by type (i.e. basic gas analysis, extended gas analysis, material analysis, etc) and may be associated with facilities and equipment and used in emission calculations.

Chemical Inventory.  Track all of the chemicals used, stored, and delivered to each facility. Advanced reporting allows you to satisfy your SARA and state reporting.

Code Maintenance.  Allows an administrator to add, edit, or remove the information that appears in the drop-down lists throughout ACTS. Also allows you to customize the application to your specific needs.

Contact Explorer.  Similar to the Asset Explorer, this window allows you to search through all of the contact information (employees, contractors, vendors, agency contacts, etc). You may search by various criteria (name, phone, email, title, location, etc) and display all of the relevant information for each contact.

Coordinate Conversion Tool.  This tool converts between latitude/longitude (DMS or decimal) and UTM (Universal Transverse Mercator) coordinate systems. You may also find facilities near the entered location and map the location using Bing, Google Maps, MapQuest, OpenStreetMap, TerraServer, TopoZone, and Yahoo.

Document Generator.  Use your data in ACTS to automatically generate Microsoft Word documents from any template that you design.  Invaluable for internal and agency reporting.

Hazard Tracking.  Logs the any hazards or near-miss reports at a facility.

Incident Tracking.  Logs the employee injuries, allows for deep analysis and investigation, and completes your OSHA reporting.

Inspection Tracking.  Logs inspection data for compliance reporting. Various inspections are supported, including ECD, Mechanical Integrity, Pipeline, DOT, SPCC, Surface Casing, and Flowline. Output from this module may be summarized for use in your compliance reporting.

Lifecycle Management.  Manage all your workflows, best practices, and project lifecycles. Use the built-in, free Environmental Social Health Risk and Impact Management Process (e-SHRIMP) from the International Association of Oil & Gas Producers or create your own.

Shutdown Tracking.  Logs scheduled/unscheduled shutdown/startup information for any piece of equipment. This information may be used for compliance reporting or emission calculations (i.e. determining if controlled or uncontrolled calculations should be used).

SPCC Containment Calculator.  Allows you to calculate the necessary secondary containment or confirm that existing containment is sufficient.

Test Tracking.  Logs various test information (i.e. stack tests, portable analyzer tests, reference method tests, etc). You may record the status, facility and equipment involved, operation and emission information by compound, and the associated regulatory requirements. This information may be used for compliance reporting or emission calculations.

Training.  Schedule and track the training classes and curriculum for each employee.

Unit Conversion Tool.  Convert from one unit of measure to another. It comes pre-loaded with many popular conversions and you may dynamically add others that you find useful.

Vehicle Accident Tracking.  Logs the employee vehicle accidents and allows for deep analysis and investigation.

Waste Tracking.  Logs your waste information (i.e. hazardous, universal, etc) at each facility and creates manifests when transporting the waste off-site to its final destination.

Web Browser.  An integrated web browser that allows you to view documents, maps, or web sites without having to exit the application or open a separate browser.
